SITUATED in sought-after Fulham, London, Catherine Wilman Interiors was tasked with breathing new life into an end-of-terrace house that had seen better days.

With an understanding of the local property landscape, our design approach was deeply rooted in increasing both aesthetic appeal and property value. Our team executed a side return extension at the rear of the property, paving the way for a spacious and light-filled kitchen and dining area. A strategically placed skylight washes the previously dim and confined space with abundant natural light.

Bespoke shaker-style bi-folding doors serve a dual purpose—adding a touch of elegance while also enabling the indoor and outdoor spaces to blend seamlessly. In the warmer months, this feature expands the kitchen-dining area onto the patio, creating an idyllic setting for al fresco dining and entertaining.

Inside, bespoke joinery designs grace the living room, harmoniously surrounding a rejuvenated fireplace that now features a sophisticated marble surround. On the upper level, a wall repositioning between two bedrooms made room for an additional ensuite shower room. The main bathroom received a chic makeover, while bespoke wardrobes and a dressing table transformed the third bedroom into a stylish space.
